jsmoriss: Since Pete and I started mountainboarding together, Melanie needed something to keep up with us. We went to the bicycle shop looking for a kick scooter. I wasn't expecting much since these are mostly used in Europe. It turns out they'd bought one for rental a few years back, and it had been siting in the basement ever since. It looked almost new, and they gave us a great deal on it. So, Melanie has a scooter to follow us around. Of course, now we have to find a place for it... :-)
