Did I mention the propane cooker came equipped for natural gas? We had planned on using the cooker indoors, but quickly gave that up after a few breathing problems. Using propane with a natural gas fitting creates a considerable amount of smoke! Once outside, we could at least enjoy the benefits soot provides as a heat conductor - it lined the whole bottom of the keg! Jean-Pierre and I are enjoying a cold one watching the wort boil and fume.
