mevallee: On June 23, I've planted big Bamboo stick to support my tomato plants and remove the small ones. I've done a 45 degree suport with the other small bamboo. I tie the trunk and branches with nylon socks that have been dyed with green vegetable stuff. I have been told that these tomato plants will grow @ 30 tomatoes each. That is a lot of tomatoes. If this works I'll plant 6 varieties next year. Might as well benefit from the sun on our balcony.
