It gets a little crowded in the "brewery" on bottling day. Our system is tucked away against the wall on the right, and those drums in the back contain over 200 KGs of grain! A splitter on the hose lets us each fill a bottle at the same time. Once a bottle is done, we place a sanitized cap on it and leave it on the side. Once all the bottles are done, we crimp the caps in place with a bench capper.
