Here we are in October 1996, 10 months after brewing our first beer. I'm sure Mélanie didn't expect her Christmas present to transform itself into an installation. After several weeks of planning and tinkering in Mike's basement, our All-Grain homebrewery is finally ready! The kettle in the background is a converted 13 Gal. Canadian keg (US kegs are 15.5 Gal.), sitting on a 30,000 BTU propane cooker. I'm attaching a 3/8" metal clad hose on the kettle to fill the mash tun.
