December 25th 1995. Who knew a whole brewery could fit in a box? It started as most homebrewers get their start, with a Christmas present from my wife: A plastic bucket and carboy, a can of hopped malt extract, corn syrup (or brewers syrup as they called it on the can), and CP's book. Most brewers don't even get the plastic carboy!
