The Columbia Cougar Flats tent is in excellent condition, only used a few times, and has great reviews on the internet. This is the perfect tent for a car/minivan camping with the family and/or dog. We paid $425 (inc. taxes) and would let it go for $200 CDN. Here are a few of the features:

Update: I just remembered a door's mosquito net got a small rip (thanks to Pete's paw). We sewed it back up, but the tent is no longer perfect/as-new, so in this case we'll let it go for $150.
